As I’ve told you before, social bookmarking is one of the absolute BEST ways of driving traffic to your blog.
Here’s how it works …
First, you create a new blog post and put it up on your WordPress blog. Then you ping the search engines to visit your blog and index it.
Then you use a system like www.SocialMarker.com (it’s free) to bookmark your post at more than 35+ social bookmarking sites.
Each time you do this, when you’re just starting out, you’ll get around 50 to 100 visitors to your blog.
Over a period of 90 days, using this process every day grows the number of back links to your site. By the end of that 90 days of consistently blogging every day, you have more than 3,500 to 5,000 back links to your blog!
All those back links combine to bring your listings in the search engines right to the top for whatever keywords you’re using on your blog!
That’s what causes you to get the 1,000 to 5,000 unique visitors every single day to your blog.
But wouldn’t it be great if there was a way to get at least half that, or maybe even DOUBLE that to your blog in the meantime?

With social bookmarking, if you get 50 visitors each day by adding your own blog post to your own social bookmarking accounts, then having 10 people do the same thing for you will bring you 10 times the amount of traffic!

The thing is, you just can’t do this by yourself.
It’s not that it’s not possible technically or from a time perspective. The bookmarking sites just don’t allow it.
You see, any one person can only add a single blog post to their account not more than twice. Adding it more than that will cause your account to be deleted.
At the same time, if you’re only bookmarking posts on your own URL, that also looks unnatural to the bookmarking sites and it will result in your account being deleted.
So you’ve got to be really careful in how you use these sites.
But when you work with a TEAM, all those issues go away immediately!
Now you’re no longer bookmarking your own posts. You’re bookmarking your posts AND posts of the other members. It looks more natural so your account is protected.
And all the other members are bookmarking your posts at the same time, bringing you an exponential growth in traffic.
