Can you Take The 30-Day Challenge and Make a Difference?

It’s been awhile since you’ve heard from me and I apologize for that.

Things have been really CRAZY over here getting the Group 7 Apprentices started on their 1 year journey to success, getting my products ready to sell the Resale Rights (watch for them this week!), and getting the new membership sites ready to launch in September.

Hopefully you’ve had a nice little break, ’cause it’s time to get to work!

We have less than 2 months to get ready for something that I am really excited about!

It’s something that can not only help you to build your business, but at the same time, it can truly make a difference in the world.

There are a lot of people out there who are using their businesses to both profit for themselves, and at the same time, make a difference in the lives of others.

For example …

One of my good friends, Ben Mack, is extremely passionate about bringing potable (drinking) water to every human being on this planet.

Ben talks about this subject often. In fact, at Dave Lakhani’s event in Las Vegas a few weeks back, Ben even went so far as to refuse to give his presentation if there was a single person in the audience who didn’t believe that every human had a right to clean drinking
water.

I always admire Ben’s determination on this subject.
And, I always wish that I had a cause that I could support in this way.

Like Ben, my friends Rick Beneteau and Julian Kalamar have a mission. They are the founders of Ten Million Clicks For Peace, an organization determined to help bring peace to the entire world. (You’ll find their site at http://www.askggg.com/peace )

Have you ever wondered why it seems that only a few people, all of them people who are well known, who have already had long lists of accomplishments, who are doing big things to make a difference in this world?

Wouldn’t it be great if ordinary people like you and I could do something to make a difference too?

If more people like us really did our part, can you imagine how phenomenally GREAT the world could be?

That’s why I get excited when I find ways that people like us can really get involved and make a difference!
Especially when doing so can also help to build our own businesses at the same exact time!

That’s what the whole concept of “Social Entrepreneurship” is all about …

A “Social Entrepreneur” is someone who uses his or her business not just to make a profit, but at the same time, to truly make a difference in the world.

You’ve heard me tell you in the past that you can easily use your business for some other purpose such as leaving a legacy in your life, getting a particular message out to the world, or even for leaving some mark on the world — a mark that would really make a difference.

I think it’s important for each of us to do our part to shape the world.

To really chip in and do SOMETHING — no matter how big or how small — that touches the lives of at least one other person.

We can’t just sit back and always expect others to do all that is required to improve our world. If we aren’t willing to take action ourselves, why should they be expected to do all the work?

Just imagine … if each of the BILLIONS of entrepreneurs in this world took just one small action each year that would make a difference in the life of just one person, how quickly could we end issues like …

… poverty?
… homelessness?
… a lack of drinking water?
… hunger?

Or any of the myriad of other issues that plague our society as a whole today.

On October 15^th, we all have an opportunity to help out and do just one small thing — one thing that won’t cost you a cent, that won’t take you more than 20 minutes or so to accomplish, that in the end, can truly make a difference to end poverty.

What is this “one small thing”?

Well, right now there’s an organization banding together bloggers from all over the world for what is known as “Blog Action Day”.

Last year, nearly 20,000 bloggers united to all blog about a topic on one day, reaching nearly 15 million people.

By having such a large group of bloggers unite at one time, the organization was able to raise hundreds of thousands in donations to help make the world a better place.

To participate, all you need to do is to write one single post about poverty and post it to your blog on October 15^th. To get registered (don’t worry, it’s FREE), go to:

Now, in order to make a difference as well as to participate in the first place, this assumes that you already have a blog!

It also assumes that you already have traffic that is visiting your blog every day.

That’s why it’s so urgent for us to get started RIGHT NOW, this instant!

It takes time to develop a strong, steady stream of visitors to your blog. If you wait until October 1^st.to get ready for Blog Action Day, you’re unlikely to reach more than a handful of people.

However, if you start your blog RIGHT NOW, with almost 60 days left before Blog Action Day, you’re likely to reach 1,000 or more people in just one single day!
That’s more than 30,000 people in a month!

This will only make a difference if the word gets out to as many people as possible on October 15^th!

The great part is that your blog can be in ANY niche, on ANY topic!

Are you passionate about gardening?
Dog training?
Organizing your house?

Whatever interests you, that’s what your blog should be about! You can then use your blog to sell products on that topic as an affiliate.

Get people coming to your blog and then on October 15^th, write just one single post on the topic of poverty.

The folks at Blog Action Day will give you all the instructions for participating, and they’ll even give you some suggestions for what to write about.

I’ll be doing my part as well. In Lesson 4 of the 30-Day IM Challenge, you’ll find the step-by-step instructions for getting your blog set up. And, you’ll also find an easy to use, 6 part system for driving traffic to your blog every day.

This system will bring in 1,000 to 5,000 unique visitors a day to your blog after you’ve used it every day for 90 days. Use it for 60 or so days, and you should be at around 600 to 2,000 visitors per day by then.

To get started, all you need to do is use Lesson 4 to get your blog installed and set up, and then follow the 6 parts of the system every day from now until October 15^th.

You can use your blog to …

* Build a list of subscribers.

By October 15^th, you should have several hundred people on your list if you follow all 6 steps every day.

* Drive traffic to your affiliate links and your own products.

If you’re blogging every day and using all 6 steps each time, by October 15^th, you should have made at least 4 figures (and possibly a LOT more!) for yourself.

Along the way, I’ll be holding webinars to help you get the best results possible with your blog, and to help you get even more visitors coming to your blog.

That will help us to make the greatest impact come October 15^th!

Your goal should be to use your blog to completely and totally DOMINATE the search engines.

What I mean by that is that for every keyword that you target, your goal should be to have at least 80% of the links on Google somehow leading back to your blog.

A great example of this is one of my students, Peter.

Peter’s blog is www.ForeclosureDoctorOnline.com. If you go to Google and type in:

Foreclosure Doctor

You’ll see that out of 20 listings on the first 2 pages of results, at least 15 of them somehow lead back to Peter’s blog.

If they don’t go directly to Peter’s site, they go to social bookmarks pointing to him, or to RSS directories listing his site, or to comments of his on other blogs, etc.

This isn’t bringing in huge traffic for Peter because not many people search on “Foreclosure Doctor”. But, the same system works for ANY keyword.

If you’re in the Dog Training business, you could use this same technique to OWN and DOMINATE Google for “Dog Training”. You could use it for Gardening or for Vitamins, or for anything else you’d like!

So what did Peter do to totally DOMINATE Google for “Foreclosure Doctor”?

All he did was to follow the exact same 6-step system for driving traffic with your blog that you’ll find in Lesson 4 of the 30-Day IM Challenge.
