w and I can’t usually figure out why people feel the need to hide stuff!So you can only imagine my delight this afternoon when I got a call from my partners in 10 Million Clicks For Peace, Rick Beneteau and Julian Kalmar, saying “It’s Ready!”

“What’s ready?”  I’m sure you’re wondering to yourself.

Let me tell you a little about the Peace Machines for Facebook so you can understand why I’m jumping up and down with excitement as I type this to you …

Several months ago, Rick and Julian came to me with a question.  It’s the same question that I get asked almost every day by dozens of people:

“What can you do to get more traffic and more exposure for your business?”

In this case, the “business” is actually a non-profit organization called 10 Million Clicks For Peace (10MC as we refer to it).

10MC is an organization that is all about a number of different things:

1)  We believe that the answer to world peace already exists.  It’s simply spread among the knowledge of individuals all over the globe.  We see ourselves as the organization who will unite peace-makers worldwide and bring them together as a collective of knowledge.

2)  We also believe that the secret to sustaining global peace lies in the children of the world.  We see ourselves playing the role of educator to bring the knowledge of the collective peace-makers to our children so that they can sustain peace around the world.

3)  We see poverty as one of the greatest stumbling blocks to peace.  Because of the lack that accompanies poverty, people turn to violence and war.  End poverty, create peace.  It’s that simple.

Our mission is simple, really.  We want to unite 10 million people worldwide to:

… help rid poverty in the world while at the same time,… collecting the knowledge of individuals around the globe about various subjects,

… so that we can pass that knowledge onto today’s children so that they can sustain peace globally.

This might seem like a daunting task, but it’s not really.  The KEY to making this mission a success lies firmly rooted in reaching the 10 million people.

We’re not here to change the world ourselves.  In fact, one of us has a great enough reach individually to even make much of a dent in changing the world.

But TOGETHER, anything is possible!

The more people we can reach, the greater our impact will be!

Bring the RIGHT people together — those people who are already out there making changes in some way, no matter how small — cumulate what they are doing and get people to spread the word to those they know, and HUGE things are possible, easily!

So we’ve developed what we call the 10MC “Peace Machine”.  This is a nifty little Facebook application that can track an individual’s impact on Peace.

When you see my Peace Machine, you’ll notice that I’ve sheltered and fed 254 war refugees.  I’ve raised $1,271 and I’ve reached 449 to help create world peace with me!

Here’s the coolest part …

I did all that by holding one single, SMALL teleconference with a few of my students over a year ago!

Since then, I’ve literally done NOTHING at all and my impact on world peace has continued to grow and grow and grow!

And here’s the best part of all …

You can have an impact on world peace too!

All it takes is installing your very own “Peace Machine” on your Facebook profile!  As others see your Facebook profile, they can click the
link that allows them to get their f.r.e.e. Peace Machine too!  Each time someone clicks on the link in YOUR profile, it will show that you’ve gotten 1 more person to join you in creating world peace.  Each time someone that you refer makes a donation or purchases one of the cool peace related products we offer (such as peace posters, peace cards, etc.), your Peace Machine will track that too!

This a VERY REAL way for ANYONE — no matter how rich or poor, no matter how old or young — to truly make a difference in the world!

At the end of April, I’ll be attending Ken McArthur’s IMPACT! event in Orlando, FL.  (In fact, I may even be hosting a workshop there.  More on that soon!)

The event is all about making an Impact!

It’s the same topic that Ken talks about in his new book, “The Impact Factor!”.

Making an IMPACT is all about a number of different things.  It’s about …

… spreading a message
… leaving a legacy of your own
… touching people in some way
… truly making a difference in the life of another!

You don’t need to be some well-known celebrity to make an impact!  Especially now that the 10MC Peace Machine is available!
