The 30-Day IM Challenge In 40 Days?

I know, I know … call me a slacker!  The rest of Step 5 for the 30-Day IM Challenge came out only a few days ago.

I’m really not slacking, though.  I swear!

It’s just that all these therapy visits and doctor visits are kicking my BUTT when it comes to time management! 

On the upside, though, my pain level is down from about a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10 to about a 5 or 6, so I am making REAL progress!  I saw the doc on Thursday and he says it shouldn’t be more than another week or two of
consistent treatments.

I don’t want to let my dilemma ruin your progress, though.  Nor do I want to have you end up with no results to show for the Challenge.

So here’s what we’re going to do …

1)  You get a bit of a reprieve!  We’re going to add 10 whole days to the Challenge.  Instead of ending it on May 20th, we’re going to end it on May 30th.

This week, I’ll catch you up with both Step 6 and Step 7.  Then, with 2 new lessons each week, we’ll be able to finish up on the 30th.

In order to accomplish this, though, it’s going to mean that many of the lessons are going to have to take a slightly different format.  So can you say …

AUDIO?

It just takes too darned long to type them all!  So what I’m doing in the remainder of the lessons is creating them in audio or video format and then adding written checklists and flowcharts so that you have something to use while implementing the lessons.

I will not be providing transcripts for any of them (after all, they are F’REE, remember?).  But if you really need them in written format, try using something like PDF Converter 5 Professional by ScanSoft (Nuance).

This is one kick-butt little program!  It let’s you convert from ANY format into PDF and from ANY format into PDF.  It’s probably my #1 favorite tool on my harddrive!

(Heck, I’m so lazy I don’t even read reports anymore! I just pop them into the PDF Converter 5 and have it read them to me!)

Make sure that you get the PROFESSIONAL version, though. The regular version doesn’t do any audio.  You can pick it up at BestBuy or Circuit City for under $100.
