Is it really true?

If you ask me, I’d say it’s only true in PART.

Well, because the real money isn’t in the list. It’s in the RELATIONSHIPS!

And if you’re like more than 95% of my students, you’ve probably already figured out one thing …

It can be darned HARD to build a list of any size!

But …

There is a way that you can build a list FAST and at this time of the year, it can even be at LIGHTNING FAST speed!

You see, at this time of the year, we’re just kicking off the biggest “gift giving” season of the year! Sure, Christmas has something to do with that, but there’s a much bigger reason for this “gift giving” time online.

I’m talking about all of the Joint Venture Giveaways that you see popping up all over the place. These are sites that allow you to give a gift of your own in return for getting new opt in subscribers on your list.

A single JV Giveaway can add anywhere from 1,000 to 10,000 new subscribers to your list in under a month!

Considering that people like my friends Brian Edmonson and Carl Galletti make 7 figure incomes each year from a list of under 2,000, adding 1,000 to 10,000 to your list in only a month can be worth MILLIONS in the end!

The thing is, almost all of the giveaways that are out there have 2 things wrong with them:

#1 — They are almost all in the Internet Marketing niche.

In other words, they include gifts related to marketing online and their audience is other internet marketers. If you’re in a niche outside of internet marketing, their only benefit to you is in getting the gifts, not
in giving them.

#2 — Almost every JV Giveaway requires you to first have a list before you can participate.

The way that these sites work is that you first include your list, and then you go and promote the site to your list. The more members you refer, the higher your gift goes in the ranks.

So, not having a list means that you don’t get many subscribers — and that’s IF the host of the event lets you join in the first place! Many will only let you in if you have a list of 10k or more to start with!

That’s why I’ve always got my eye open for JV Giveaways that fix these 2 problems. You haven’t heard me mention one for almost a year, simply because there hasn’t been a single one in that amount of time!
