STEP 3 — PLANNING Your Profit Funnel & Your Products

In “Step 3 - Your Profit Funnel”, you identify the problems your market has and plan a series of products that will solve those problems.

Your profit funnel is basically the HEART of your business. Without a solid profit funnel that moves customers from one product to the next in a strategic, systemized fashion,, you’ll be leaving a TON of money on the table!

Although you often think about your profit funnel from the bottom up, and your customers most certainly approach it from the bottom up (i.e. from the lowest price products to the highest priced products), it is CRITICAL that you build your profit funnel from the top down, i.e. from your highest priced product to your lowest, in order to build a system that actually converts people into buyers.
