I can’t believe that October is already here and football season is nearly a third of the way done!

I’m sorry to be sending this so late…
It’s been a REALLY hectic day!
A few years back, I inherited a membership site in a partnership that went sour. I brought in a new partner to help me with the technical side of the business since he was a programmer.
My new partner really helped me to keep the site going, in spite of the awful mess that we had been left with.
As it turned out, the guy was not only a programmer, he was one heck of a marketer as well!
More than anything, he was a great friend, an honest businessman, and someone who really went all out to help others learn to succeed as well.
That guy was my friend, Eric White, from Australia.
Periodically, I tell you about the Niche Portals that he creates because they are such an awesome value.
I learned a lot from Eric while we worked together to keep that site alive. And today, I learned something else from him. Read more

I’m spending my day off with my good friend, Louis Burleson and his daughter, hanging out in St. Augustine, FL.
I just uploaded some pictures to my blog at www.theimuniversity.com. Take a look!
Louis and I got to talking and we ended up on the topic of business (like we often do). And, as usual, the topic turned to what to sell…
For the last 3 years, I’ve told Louis the same thing:
‘You’ve got to have a profit funnel if you expect to make money consistently.”
“But what should I sell?” was Louis’ next question.
My answer was again the same: “Info Products.”
A few years back, Louis had taken my advice. It brought in enough in sales to allow him to quit 3 full time jobs!
In fact, one month he made as much as $50,000!
But then life took a few twists and turns and pulled him in different directions. It’s now nearly 3 years later, though, and sales still trickle in every month.
